About Us

Vinarchy - Redefining wine.

Established in 2025 following the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, Vinarchy brings the best of these historic wine businesses into an exciting future, as one, new, exceptional global wine company.

Managing the entire wine supply chain - from grape to glass - Vinarchy produces wine in Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Chile and the United States, with employees in almost every continent around the world.

Vinarchy’s diversified portfolio includes our global pillars Jacob’s Creek, Hardys, and Campo Viejo, alongside growth drivers - Grant Burge Wines, Stoneleigh, Jam Shed, Brancott Estate, Mud House, St Hugo, St Hallett and Petaluma - that are accelerating the category globally.

Croser, Tatachilla, Greasy Fingers, Cupio, Tapabrava, Castillo de Ibiza, J-Harden and Dolly Wines are the future stars driving the industry forward, while Ysios, Church Road and Bay of Fires are fine wine jewels crafted by some of the world’s best winemakers.

Innovative, ambitious and imaginative, Vinarchy challenges the conventions of the industry to lead, shape and grow the future of the wine category.

About the Role

The IT Project Manager will lead Vinarchy's internal technology delivery for the Anaplan-enabled Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Trade Promotion Optimisation (TPO) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) implementation. Working in partnership with the Project Owner and Deloitte Project Manager, the role will co-manage delivery governance, mobilise and coordinate Vinarchy IT resources, participate credibly in business and solution workshops, manage internal dependencies, and hold Deloitte to agreed scope, milestones, quality and outcomes.

This is not a project management only role. The role requires enough Anaplan and TPM/TPO/RGM knowledge to challenge delivery decisions, connect business requirements to technology impacts, and drive practical execution across data, integration, testing, security, release and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead delivery of a major Anaplan TPM/TPO/RGM transformation.
  • Manage project governance, planning, risks, issues and reporting.
  • Partner with Deloitte to ensure delivery, quality and scope control.
  • Coordinate IT teams across data, integration, security and platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technology outcomes.
  • Oversee testing, deployment, cutover and operational readiness.
  • Manage stakeholders across Commercial, Sales, Finance and IT.
  • Drive project outcomes while managing risks, dependencies and change.

What You'll Bring

  • Anaplan certification or hands-on solution design experience.
  • Experience with TPM, TPO or Revenue Growth Management solutions.
  • Background in FMCG, beverage, retail or consumer goods industries.
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards, Azure Data Lake or enterprise integrations.
  • Experience with data modelling, analytics and business planning tools.
  • Exposure to trade spend, pricing, promotions or demand planning.
  • Experience transitioning platforms into BAU support models.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business or Commerce

About Vinarchy

Established in 2025 following the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, Vinarchy combines Vin (the French word for wine), with Archy (from the Ancient Greek word for leadership). Together it means wine leadership.

Vinarchy is one of the world’s leading dedicated wine companies and home to an incredible range of global brands led by Hardys, Campo Viejo and Jacob’s Creek. Our quality wines offer something for everyone, and every occasion – each bringing its own unique story to the world.

Our rich brand history stretches right back to the pioneering plantings of Johann Gramp and Thomas Hardy in the 1840s and 50s. Today, we craft wines in Australia, New Zealand, Spain and South Africa, with our global sourcing footprint also spanning premium grape growing regions in Italy, Argentina, France, the United States and Chile. We are proud to share our wines in almost every corner of the world.

We will redefine wine by meeting the fast-changing needs of our consumers with new formats, innovative products and experiences that welcome all into wine for moments of celebration and connection.

Vinarchy is a place where passionate people can do their very best work, break new ground and redefine the industry they love.
