Your Contribution

• Lead operational IT projects from planning through implementation and transition into operations.
• Manage upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives in productive environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence programs.
• Lead task forces and manage critical incidents, ensuring fast resolution and effective stakeholder communication.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and resource planning.
• Ensure sustainable solutions through root cause analysis, lessons learned, and continuous improvement..

Your Experience and Qualification

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management for Operations or Service Management.
• Proven experience leading upgrades, optimization projects, and business-critical operational initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Experience working with enterprise applications such as SAP, PLM, ERP, or similar platforms. Expertise in Data Architecture and Access Management recommended.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and visualization, and leadership skills.
• Experience in Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall project environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar certification is an advantage.
• Specific knowledge of SAP, Windchill, Polarion and similar PLM/ALM applications is an advantage
