Job Description

Cloud Consultancy for Digitalization & Security (CCDS) is looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a hands-on professional who can independently manage medium IT and cybersecurity projects, while also supporting the coordination and execution of larger projects when required.

πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned projects from initiation through successful closure.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, action trackers, status reports, risk logs, and issue logs.
  • Coordinate project activities across customers, vendors, distributors, technical teams, Sales, Presales, Procurement, and Finance.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, pending actions, and timelines.
  • Proactively follow up with task owners and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities.
  • Identify and escalate project delays, risks, blockers, and unresolved issues at the appropriate time.
  • Arrange project meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and track agreed actions through closure.
  • Support project closure by collecting deliverables, customer confirmations, approvals, and required closure documentation.
  • Support larger projects through assigned coordination, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate project-related procurement activities, including quotations, BOQs/BOMs, POs, delivery schedules, licenses, and vendor clarifications.
  • Track procurement activities from quotation and approval through PO, delivery, license activation, and invoicing support.
  • Maintain accurate project records, communications, approvals, trackers, and documentation.
  • Keep project management tools and internal systems updated.

Requirements

🎯 Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, PMO, IT Service Delivery, Procurement Coordination, or Vendor Management.
  • Previous experience within IT, Cybersecurity, System Integration, Technology Services, vendors, or distributors is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of the project management lifecycle and project delivery processes.
  • Experience managing small to medium projects with limited supervision.
  • Good understanding of procurement cycles, including quotation, PO, delivery, license activation, and invoicing support.
  • Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and follow-up capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong reporting, documentation, and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of IT and/or cybersecurity products and services.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Zoho Projects, Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, procurement, or ticketing systems.
  • Understanding of vendor support contracts and subscription-based services.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud, Microsoft solutions, or managed services.
  • Familiarity with project plans, MoMs, action trackers, risk and issue logs, status reports, and closure documentation.
  • PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or another recognized project management certification is an advantage.
