What You'll do:

• Definition and management of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation approaches;
• Organization of communication and coordination mechanisms across stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment;
• Monitoring of project progress, identification of issues, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain alignment with objectives;
• Preparation and dissemination of status updates and reporting to relevant stakeholders;
• Modality: 2x in person per week.

Who You Are:

• Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related domain;
• Recognized project management certification (PMP or equivalent);
• Minimum of 5 years' expertise in IT project management;
• Proficiency in project management tools and software;
• Ability to structure and formalize communication with stakeholders;
• Knowledge of Service Now;
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT projects within dynamic environments;
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and associated tools;
• Proven ability to analyze issues, structure solutions, and support decision-making processes;
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple domains and contributors;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
