We are seeking an experienced and execution-driven IT Project Manager for HPS to join our net-new, dedicated HPS IT Support Team. In this role, you will spearhead critical technology, infrastructure, and enterprise application initiatives driving global engineering design and manufacturing operations.
Standard corporate IT models focus strictly on global consistency and volume-driven stability. In contrast, this role requires managing the divergent specialization and rapid iteration inherent to an R&D Engineering organization. The successful candidate will navigate complex facility build-outs, isolated lab network delivery, advanced AI platform provisions, and strategic enterprise software transformations across our global design footprint.

Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
Occasional overnight travel is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5–8+ years of IT Project Management experience, with a heavy emphasis on delivering complex infrastructure, engineering labs, or large-scale enterprise application rollouts (e.g., Salesforce CRM).
