Whatyou’lldo:
Leadend-to-end delivery of IT projects (systems, integrations, infrastructure)
Coordinatecross-functional teams across IT, business, and external vendors
Plan and manageproject scope, timelines, and budget
Ensuresmooth execution, delivery focus, and alignment across stakeholders
Identifyand managerisks, issues, and dependencies
Communicateeffectively with stakeholders at all levels
What will help you thrive in this role:
Proven experience inIT project management (3–5 years)
Strong knowledge ofIT systems or digital solutions
Ability tomanage complexity, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure delivery
Strong communicationand organizational skills
You are structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
Fluency inLithuanian and English
Additionalexperience considered an advantage
Experience working inAgile or hybrid project environments
Professional certification inPMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management frameworks
Experience collaborating withcross-functional and international teams

Monthly salary range for this position–3100-4300Eur(gross) +annual performance/salesbonuses Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience
