We're looking for a Project Manager to join First Focus, Australia's #1 rated Managed Service Provider, helping deliver infrastructure, cloud, and technology projects for our clients across Australia. You'll be the person keeping projects moving, clients informed, engineers organised, and stakeholders calm, ideally without requiring a daily sacrifice to the technology gods.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing projects from planning through to successful delivery
• Building project plans, schedules, milestones, and communications plans
• Running client and stakeholder meetings
• Keeping projects on time, on budget, and on scope
• Managing project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinating internal resources, vendors, and delivery teams
• Forecasting workloads and helping optimise resource allocation
• Managing milestone billing and project reporting
• Monitoring project health and escalating issues when required
• Supporting continuous improvement and project delivery maturity
• Leveraging AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and client outcomes
• Contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team culture

Requirements

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience managing technology or infrastructure projects
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Confidence running meetings and presenting project updates
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Commercial awareness and sound decision-making ability
• Experience working in an MSP, IT services, consulting, or similar environment will be highly regarded
• A proactive mindset and a habit of solving problems before they become emergencies
• A genuine interest in improving the way teams work through technology, AI, and automation
