Job Title: IT Project Manager

Work Location: Bengaluru

Shifts any: 12.00 PM to 9.00 PM IST

Work mode: Hybrid - 3 Days office

OF ROLE AND OBJECTIVES:

IT Project Manager will be part of continuous IT PMO efforts supporting Eurofins Global IT Transformation initiatives. The position encompasses creation, lead and management of organisation-wide projects, standards, processes, tools, sharing the know-how, supporting Program Managers in the dialogue with Senior IT Management.

ROLE & OBJECTIVES

Assignments:

The main responsibilities of a Project Manager:

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports;
  • Organize and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all participants are informed and agendas are distributed;
  • Assist in tracking project progress against schedules, budgets, and milestones;
  • Create and maintain project tracking reports (status updates, timelines, and action items);
  • Update and manage project dashboards to ensure stakeholders are informed about progress and risks;
  • Assist in scheduling project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure deadlines are met;
  • Coordinate the availability and allocation of project resources, such as equipment and personnel;
  • Track resource utilization and ensure that teams have the necessary tools and suppor

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Required

  • Master’s degree in IT, Engineering or other business fields.
  • 3-5 years professional experience in project management, preferably within an international or matrix structure.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is required;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Appreciated

  • Experience in the global Project Management Team/PMO;
  • PMP certification;
  • Agile certification;
  • ITIL Foundation certification;
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

Qualifications

Education required:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent (preferably in technology or business administration);
  • Languages: fluent English.
