Are you ready to take ownership of complex IT programmes and drive meaningful change across an international organisation? This is an opportunity to lead large scale initiatives within network infrastructure, working at the intersection of technology, business, and people. You will play a critical role in shaping how we deliver IT solutions that support our strategy and improve outcomes across the business.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will lead a portfolio of interconnected IT projects, ensuring that each initiative aligns with wider organisational objectives. From initial planning through to delivery, you will bring structure, clarity, and direction, managing timelines, budgets, and resources with confidence.
You will work closely with cross functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, acting as a central point of coordination. As challenges emerge, you will identify risks early and take decisive action to keep projects on track. Along the way, you will support and develop your team, fostering a collaborative environment where people can perform at their best.
You will also provide clear and engaging communication to stakeholders and senior leaders, sharing updates, insights, and successes. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will drive effective change management and ensure new solutions are successfully adopted across the organisation.

What will you need to be successful?

In this role, success comes from your ability to bring structure to complexity while staying focused on delivering meaningful outcomes. You will naturally connect technology with business needs, building strong relationships and guiding teams through change with confidence.
You are someone who thrives in an international environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining clarity, direction, and focus. With a combination of technical understanding and strong leadership, you will create momentum across projects and positively influence both teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing complex IT projects and programmes, ideally within network infrastructure or similar environments
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Prince2 or PMI, with the ability to apply them effectively
  • Ability to confidently manage budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives
  • Experience working across international, cross functional teams, with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and align senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, solution oriented mindset with strong decision making skills and the ability to perform under pressure
