Service Delivery Manager / IT Project Manager

Company Introduction

  • Malaysia-based tech company with 20 years in Web & Mobile Development.
  • Building Go-To-Market solutions; Website, E-com, CRM, Loyalty, Digital Marketing
  • Have niche in-house saas marketing products and build bespoke Tech solutions
  • Software House for external enterprise / cloud based solutions

Projects

  • Build new solutions from scratch for external customers
  • Varying in size and scope from 1 month to 1 year+ projects
  • Enhance & optimize existing projects, ensuring continuous improvement and support.
  • Collaborate on projects in diverse sectors; Finance, E-Com. Medical, Pharma etc

Tech Stack

(Note > Service Delivery Manager is not coding hands on / you do not need experience in the below)

  • Net, .Net Core 5.0+,
  • React Native / Flutter
  • JavaScript: React.js / Angular.js / Node.js

Responsibilities

  • Leading a software engineering team; recruitment, performance assessment, training and mentoring
  • Understand the projects scope of delivery & responsible for end-to-end management of projects
  • Ensuring that systems, procedures are in place to meet required quality standards and SLAs
  • Taking ownership of critical incidents and post-incident reviews
  • Service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations and driving future demand
  • Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery
  • Collaborating with technical partners to set standards for software, infrastructure and security
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered to comply with latest RMIT, Outsourcing and Security guidelines

Job Requirements

  • Project management
  • Experienced in dealing with 3rd party service providers
  • In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, resource planning and other disciplines related to service delivery, e.g. ITIL principles

Level

  • 3 years in a Project Manager or Delivery Manager role (Software / IT Projects)
  • Or a Technical Lead, leading a team of engineers for a 3rd party / external client

Location

  • Fully On-Site (Working Hour: 9am to 6pm)
  • Petaling Jaya (Reachable by LRT Station)
  • Permanent role
