Job Description

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology projects supporting manufacturing operations and enterprise systems. This role manages projects of moderate complexity and partners closely with IT and business teams (e.g., plant operations, supply chain, finance) to deliver solutions aligned to business needs.

This is a hands-on delivery role with exposure to initiatives such as ERP enhancements, plant system integrations, and infrastructure upgrades, with a path to more complex program leadership over time.

These initiatives are critical to improving manufacturing efficiency, system capability, and overall business performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects across business units within scope and objectives (e.g., ERP implementations, plant system integrations, infrastructure)
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Partner with stakeholders in plant operations, supply chain, and finance to align on requirements and delivery expectations
  • Coordinate across IT teams, business users, vendors, and system integrators
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, including deployment timing and operational impact
  • Provide regular status reporting and ensure clear stakeholder communication
  • Apply PMO standards, tools, and methodologies to ensure consistent delivery
  • Support continuous improvement of project delivery practices

  • Projects delivered within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Minimal disruption to plant operations during implementation and go-live
  • Strong stakeholder alignment across IT and operations
  • Effective risk management, particularly in production environments
  • Increasing ability to manage more complex, cross-functional initiatives

What You Bring

  • 3–6+ years of project management experience
  • Experience delivering projects in manufacturing, ERP, or operational environments preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operationally sensitive environment
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP (or working toward certification)
  • Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, etc.)
  • Experience in environments with change control, audit, or compliance requirements (SOX)
