Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive management of IT projects, from the initial consultation phase through to final delivery.
Establishing and tracking deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Creating quotes, presentations, and progress reports for clients.
Coordinating and supervising a team of developers, assigning tasks, and evaluating their performance.
Conducting daily Scrum meetings and ensuring the team meets its goals.
Proposing improvement solutions based on a detailed analysis of client processes.
Training and supporting new users on implemented developments.
Ensuring excellent customer service by maintaining open and effective communication with clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT projects.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in team management and agile methodologies (Scrum).
Ability to work proactively and under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
