Position: IT Project Manager (6-Month Contract)
Location: The Tara Building, Chaengwattana, Bangkok (100% Onsite)

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to join a leading enterprise team on a 6-month contract, focusing on digital and IT transformation initiatives within a warehouse and logistics environment. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes. You will be based 100% onsite at a central Bangkok location, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure stages

• Manage multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams

• Ensure IT systems align with business needs related to warehouse activities, such as inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution

• Apply strong knowledge of logistics workflows to support solution implementation

• Monitor project scope, schedules, costs, risks, and quality control

• Facilitate project meetings, status reports, and agile ceremonies (if applicable)

• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and operations to ensure smooth rollout

• Maintain detailed documentation, status tracking, and issue/risk logs

• Ensure continuous communication across all levels of the organization

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Logistics, or related field

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 23 years in warehouse/logistics-related IT projects

• Proven ability to manage digital or IT transformation projects end-to-end

• Solid understanding of warehouse systems and logistics business processes

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in Thai and good command of English

• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies

• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master) are a plus

• Able to work 100% onsite at The Tara Building, Chaengwattana

• Female candidates strongly preferred due to team structure
