We are now looking for an IT Project Leader to lead cross-functional projects across countries and business units - turning strategy into execution and delivering real business value. Key responsibilities

• Manage IT projects end-to-end with accountability for scope, budget, and timeline.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders and internal teams to align project goals and deliverables.

• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with company processes and governance frameworks.

• Incorporate digitalization and new technology, including AI, into IT transformation initiatives.

• Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment.

• Drive change management efforts and secure organizational adoption of new systems and processes.

• Continuously improve project management practices within the IT department.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum five years’ experience managing IT projects including operations, business applications, and digital solutions.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and high-impact projects across geographies.

• Experience with project governance, communication planning, and change management.

• Project Management certification.

• Advanced proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is considered a merit if you have

• Experience in fast-paced and scaling organizations with exposure to international project settings.

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

• Additional certifications in Agile methodologies, ITIL, or change management.
