• Delivering 30+ digital transformation workshops for global and local leadership boards like Coty, LOreal, Unilever Prestige.
• Executing comprehensive client-telling roadmaps, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty like Moncler, Margiela, Moschino, Christies. In the process ITC trained more than 2,000 Sales Associates.
• Pioneering Salesforce projects for luxury brands in China, notably with LVMH and other fashion groups.
• Contributing to significant eCommerce growth through bespoke website revamps for prominent clients for the top luxury and fashion brands in China and APAC.
• Facilitating remarkable visibility and revenue growth in private traffic areas for top-tier brands.
• Helping some Fast Fashion Brands growing above 10,000 orders a day.
  Helping brands like Hublot, Omega, Fred drive sales in China through best-in-Class Mini Program.
• Expanding The Hour Glass's presence across 9 APAC markets.
  Developing and maintaining successful Mini Programs, enhancing brand reach and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing proper strategy on digital projects in the initial demand analysis
• Executing complex integrated schedules with diverse priorities to ensure launching projects successfully
• Completing progress and other required reports to ensure accurate and timely effort reporting

• Manage and provide proper strategy on IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Implement SalesForce cross departments and stakeholders.
• Oversee the integration and customization of clienteling tools and CRM systems with existing IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and personalized customer service.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align clienteling requirements, manage customer data accurately, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

Must have:

• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
• Ability to conduct Pre-sales presentations in front of clients.
• Experience in managing and communicating at senior and executive levels;
• Experience in managing large-scale projects in the following solutions: E-commerce platform; CRM and Salesforce
• Ability to engage and partner with the customer and internal staff as required
• Ability to work in a multicultural team with different time zones
• Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required
• At least 5 years of experience in digital project management experience;
• Excellent understanding of web and mobile application development lifecycle.
• Great level of English;
• Excellent communication skills and writing skills.

Nice to have:

• E-commerce and Magento experience is highly advantageous, contributing to a deeper understanding of project nuances and client needs. Familiarity with Magento, in particular, will be a significant asset in ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Open Source technical background preferred;
• Understanding of some if not all: Laravel, ReactJS, React Native, Javascript, HTML/CSS, Objective-C/Swift, Java/Kotlin, will be a huge plus;
• Project Management methodologies understanding: Agile, Waterfall or tailor made;
• Additional language (French, Chinese);
• UI/UX understanding and vision.
