Join a prestigious financial institution as an IT Project Manager. This vital role involves managing vendor relationships, overseeing project management processes, and actively participating in the development of cutting-edge software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Monitor vendor performance and address any issues to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Actively participate in software development projects, providing technical guidance and support. Ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of the final software products.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines with minimum 6 years software development experience, solid in project management and participation in software development projects;
• Hands-on project experience with:
  > Next.js, React
  > Python, Java or .Net
  > Linux, Docker
  > PL/SQL, Oracle Database, SQL Server database, MongoDB
• Experience with Graph database modelling and visualization using Neo4j is a plus:
• With a good understanding of Generative AI, Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embedding and vector database;
• Familiar with development environments such as VSCode, Jupyter Notebook, Docker, and Ubuntu Linux;
• Excellent organization and problem solving skills, and be able to work under pressure; and
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
