Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Manager to oversee the
delivery of technology initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for the entire
project lifecycle—from the initial spark of a business requirement to the final delivery and
reporting. You will be the "pulse" of our IT initiatives, ensuring that teams stay on track through
agile methodologies, stakeholders stay informed through transparent reporting, and business
needs are accurately translated into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Requirements Definition: Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders
to elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.

- Project Governance & Tracking: Maintain "the source of truth" for all active IT
initiatives, tracking milestones, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Agile Facilitation: Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to
ensure internal IT teams remain aligned and roadblocks are removed immediately.
- Executive Reporting: Develop and present high-level status reports and dashboards for
leadership, translating project data into actionable business insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations across different departments, ensuring
that business users are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the final delivery aligns with the original business
requirements through coordinated User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

- Degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a
related field.
- Proven experience managing IT projects (Software Development, Infrastructure, or
Systems Integration).
- Experience in Business Analysis—specifically the ability to turn vague business requests
into structured requirement documents.

Preferred Certifications (Bonuses):

- PMP (Project Management Professional): Demonstrated mastery of project lifecycle
management and governance.

- CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PMI-ACP: Experience leading Agile ceremonies
and managing sprint velocities.
- ITIL Foundation or Higher: Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best
practices and operational alignment.
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional): Advanced skills in requirement
gathering and stakeholder alignment.

Communication & Facilitation Skills:

- Expertise in running effective meetings (Daily Stand-ups, Steering Committees, and
Discovery sessions).
- Ability to summarize complex project health data into concise "Green/Yellow/Red"
reports for executive leadership.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

- Proficiency with Project Management and Portfolio tools
- Solid understanding of hybrid project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban).
- Strong analytical skills to identify potential project bottlenecks or resource conflicts
before they impact the timeline.

Leadership Attributes:

- Organization: An innate ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of
the details.
- Accountability: A "driver" personality who takes ownership of project outcomes and
holds team members accountable to deadlines.
- Clarity: The ability to provide clear direction to technical teams while keeping business
users at ease.
- Problem-Solving: A focus on finding solutions and workarounds when technical or
resource hurdles arise.

Performance Measurements:

- Project Delivery Rate: Measured by the percentage of projects completed within the
agreed-upon timeframe and budget.

- Requirement Accuracy: Evaluated by the alignment between the final product and the
initial documented business needs.
- Reporting Transparency: Assessed by the quality, frequency, and accuracy of updates
provided to leadership.
- Team Velocity: Measured by the consistency and improvement of the IT team’s output
during project cycles.
