Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III to lead cross-functional technology projects and ensure IT initiatives remain aligned with business objectives.

This role will manage projects from concept through implementation, define scope and deliverables, coordinate technical and product teams, lead Agile ceremonies, manage dependencies and risks, and provide clear visibility into project status and progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery of complex technology projects and initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements.
• Manage projects from initial concept through implementation and completion.
• Lead sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and other Agile project activities.
• Collaborate with technical, product, and business teams to break complex initiatives into prioritized and actionable plans.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, roadmaps, status reports, and milestone tracking.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and constraints.
• Develop and drive mitigation plans for project risks and delivery challenges.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and decision-making sessions.
• Apply advanced negotiation, facilitation, planning, and dependency-management techniques.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status to project teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources and ensure project priorities remain aligned with business needs.
• Support continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–10 years of relevant IT project management experience.
• Proven experience managing technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and product teams.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Strong ability to identify and manage project dependencies and risks.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder-management, facilitation, and negotiation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise technology or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience with project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related project management certification is a plus.
