Job Description

Optimiza is seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager to lead and manage various IT projects from conception through execution to successful completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives, and communicate them clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to track project performance and ensure quality deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging communication across teams to maximize project efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 -7 years of experience in project management within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and objectives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Valid PMP Certification
