MedNet Jordan is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently seeking to hire an IT Project Lead (on Hybrid working modules basis) with the following tasks and responsibilities:

Your Job

·Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects (e.g., software development, system integration, infrastructure upgrades).

·Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

·Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

·Manage project budget, resource allocation, and timelines.

·Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.

·Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

·Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

·Track project milestones and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana).

·Provide status reports, risk logs, and other documentation to stakeholders.

·Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for future improvements.

·Ensure compliance with company policies and IT governance standards.

Your Profile

·Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

·3–7 years of project management experience in IT or software-related projects.

·PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.

·Strong familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies.

·Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams.

·Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

·Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

·Experience in risk management and mitigation planning.
