IT Project Installation & Field Technician

Location: SK Tech Group - Onsite

Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 / year

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit local customer business locations to install and set up new computer hardware.
  • Handle physical installation tasks such as running data cables and securely mounting hardware.
  • Prepare equipment for deployment by loading software, configuring system images, and ensuring readiness for onsite installation.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to grow your skills, take on additional responsibilities, and advance your career.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Strong ability to follow instructions carefully and ask for clarification when needed. Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a genuine commitment to delivering a great experience.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with the desire to collaborate and support teammates.
  • Familiarity with MSP tools and customer network management is a PLUS, but not required
