IT Project Engineer – Oxford
We’re looking for an IT Project Engineer to join our IT Operations & Services team in Oxford. You’ll deliver and support IT projects focused on endpoint management, device configuration, and Microsoft Intune, ensuring a seamless technology experience across the business.
This role suits someone with hands-on project and support experience in Windows, macOS, and cloud environments, eager to expand skills in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and modern device management. You’ll collaborate across teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive improvements that enable our science and innovation.

Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, or related Microsoft certification.
Knowledge of Apple device management using Jamf Pro.
Exposure to identity and access management platforms, such as Okta.
Experience supporting cloud-hosted SaaS applications.
Familiarity with ITIL practices (ITIL Foundation certification desirable).
Understanding of formal IT change management processes, including planning, risk assessment, and implementing changes through CAB governance.
PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
PowerShell or Bash scripting and automation skills.
