Job Description

Our client is a Leading Logistic Company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

IT and Project Development Coordinator (5-day work)

Responsibilities:
  • Keen interest in exploring new technology, computer hardware and software (including but not limited to computers and peripherals, wireless devices, cargo handling/ logistics related equipment, online management tools etc.)
  • Work with different departments to identify difficulties in daily operations
  • Source from the market and propose to the company appropriate hardware and software solutions to facilitate operations efficiency
  • Conduct training of new hardware and software to internal users
  • Maintain company’s IT asset and plan for upgrade from time to time
  • Manage and revamp company’s website and intranet
  • Assist in ad hoc projects when required
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education or professional qualifications in  Information Technology/Computer Science
  • Minimum 1 year work experience. Experience in airfreight / logistics field is an advantage
  • Proficient in PC applications
  • Creative, good team player, good communication skills, self-motivated and willing to work independent
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua is a must
  • Immediate available is preferable
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
