Would you like to help shape our success story? As an IT Project Coordinator (m/f/d) at our headquarter in Saarbrücken, you will help improve the structure and transparency of our internal IT processes and ensure that tasks and projects are managed even more efficiently. You will keep track of all ongoing issues, organise our backlog and provide clarity on progress and priorities. On this basis, you will prepare well-founded decisions, create meaningful status reports and continuously develop our processes for task and project management. As the central point of contact within the team, you will coordinate consultations, plan meetings and ensure that everyone involved is on the same page. In addition, you will support the structured preparation and implementation of changes within our IT department and help to ensure that these are introduced smoothly.

Your profile:

• A degree in (Business) Informatics / Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years’ professional experience in IT projects and project management
• Ideally, knowledge of Jira or Confluence
• A strong basic understanding of IT topics
• Fluent German and good English skills
• A structured and solution-oriented approach to work and a strong team spirit
