As part of our digital transformation journey, we are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to join our Technology & Innovation Department Reporting to the IT Manager, the role will support the effective planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery of technology projects and operational activities across the Group.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the intake, planning, and tracking of IT projects, business-as-usual activities, incidents, and technology-related requests.
  • Structure work into clear tasks, owners, timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes.
  • Maintain project boards, delivery trackers, action logs, risk registers, decision logs, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate stand-ups, project meetings, delivery reviews, and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and workload across multiple parallel initiatives.
  • Prepare regular status reports and portfolio updates for the IT Manager and CTO.
  • Support backlog management, prioritization, resource planning, and escalation of delivery issues.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, implementation follow-up, project closure, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Work closely with internal teams, business stakeholders, technical contributors, and external vendors.
  • Support the continuous improvement of project governance, delivery discipline, transparency, and accountability.
  • Clarification, triage, and routing of incoming requests
  • Visibility of capacity constraints and prioritization trade-offs.
  • Identification of required decisions and structured escalation of delivery risks
  • Confirmation of outcomes and capture of lessons learned

Requirements

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project coordination, PMO, service delivery, technology implementation, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple projects and workstreams involving business teams, technical contributors, and external vendors.
  • Strong experience maintaining project plans, task boards, trackers, status reports, meeting notes, and action logs.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Planner, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Azure, ERP systems, digital transformation, IT infrastructure, software development, or system integrations will be considered an advantage.
  • Project Management, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or PMO certifications will be considered an advantage.
  • Awareness of ISO 27001, NIS2, data protection, and corporate information security practices.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong ownership, follow-through, communication, and problem-solving skills.
