Location: This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates based in Cleveland, OH; Washington, D.C.; Atlanta, GA; Phoenix, AZ; or Louisville, KY.
Salary: $84,000 - $126,000. Annually, depending on experience and qualifications
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hours subject to change based on the needs of the business)
Employment Logistics:
The Product Owner partners with Product Management and cross functional teams to translate business needs and stakeholder priorities into a clear, actionable product backlog. Working in a fast paced Agile environment, this role helps ensure teams build the right features in the right order, balancing business value, user needs, and technical considerations. The Must-Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree and experience working in an Agile environment, preferably as a Product Owner or in a related role
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps & Knowledge in UI/UX
• Experience in Logistics preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
Your Mission in Motion:
• Partner on product direction: Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand and execute against the broader product vision and roadmap.
• Translate strategy into action: Break down high level product strategy into clear, well defined backlog items.
• Own backlog quality and priority: Refine, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to maximize team output and customer value.
• Define clear requirements: Write high quality user stories with well defined acceptance criteria that support effective delivery.
• Collaborate cross functionally: Work closely with engineering, QA, design, and other partners to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
• Represent the user: Maintain a strong understanding of user personas, workflows, and needs to guide product decisions.
