
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (generally)
This role is mostly remote; however, there will be mandatory on-site meetings 1-4 per month. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the communities served by Travis Credit Union, which include the following counties: Alameda, Colusa, Contra Costa, Merced, Napa, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, and Yolo. For hybrid and remote roles, candidates are still required to reside within a commutable distance of our corporate headquarters in Vacaville, California.

The IT Product Owner – Fiserv DNA is responsible for understanding the credit union’s business strategy and how core banking and related lending products support those objectives. This role will serve as the primary product owner for the Fiserv DNA platform, partnering closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to define and execute a product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role is highly business-facing and plays a key role in managing demand, aligning priorities, and ensuring work is focused on delivering business value. The Product Owner will work closely with stakeholders to intake, prioritize, and manage ticket-based demand, as well as support project work when resources are aligned.
Over time, this role will expand to support additional ancillary systems and integrations that interact with the core platform, ensuring end-to-end alignment, consistency, and value realization across the ecosystem.
