Job Description

Join us in Genoa as IT Product Manager – Property Management Systems and take endtoend ownership of one of the most critical IT products in our onboard ecosystem.

In this role, you will shape, evolve, and govern the Property Management System (PMS) that supports daily ship operations and directly impacts guest experience, operational efficiency, and business continuity across our fleet.

Live your ambition. Lead with impact

You will operate at the intersection of business, demand, and delivery, combining strategic product thinking with strong execution rigor, in a complex, international, missioncritical environment.

What you will make happen:

Endtoend Product Ownership of the Onboard PMS

You will act as functional owner of the PMS, ensuring a clear product vision, alignment with business priorities, and overall coherence across requirements, solutions, and releases.

Business Needs to Scalable Solutions

You will work closely with demand, onboard teams, and corporate stakeholders to deeply understand operational processes and translate complex business needs into clear, structured, and implementable functional specifications.

Delivery Governance & Ecosystem Coordination

You will steer initiatives across the full delivery lifecycle—from requirement definition to release—coordinating internal IT teams, software factories, and external vendors, while securing quality, timelines, and outcomes in a multistakeholder environment.

What makes you unique

  • Solid experience in IT Product Management or Senior IT Project Management, ideally on complex, missioncritical systems.
  • Proven ability to operate as a bridge between business and technology, with a strong Business Analysis / Product Owner mindset.
  • Experience managing vendors and distributed delivery teams, ensuring accountability and execution excellence.
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle, functional testing, and UAT, with handson involvement in solution validation.
  • Confidence working in international, complex operational environments, with fluent English.
  • Availability to spend time onboard for analysis, validation, and operational support activities.
  • Experience with PMS, hospitality or onboard systems is a strong plus.
