Job Description

& Objectives

The IT Product Manager will oversee a varied portfolio of internal products, including the content management system (CMS), electronic signature and digital agreement management platforms, CRM, and events application. This role will work closely with business partners, IT teams, and vendors to understand user needs, maintain product quality, and ensure each product continues to support day-to-day business operations effectively. The Product Manager will clarify requirements, prioritize fixes and enhancements, and support testing and release readiness. This role will also maintain product backlogs and documentation that reflect business priorities and deliver high-quality user experiences.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as product manager for assigned internal business platforms, including the CMS, electronic signature and digital agreement management platforms, events application, CRM, and other products as assigned.
  • Develop a practical understanding of assigned products, business workflows, and stakeholder priorities to help maintain useful, reliable, and well-supported solutions.
  • Translate business partner and user needs into clear product scope, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities in partnership with Product Owners, Business Analysts, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Manage assigned product activities from intake through release readiness, user communications, training support, and operational handoff.
  • Support product quality by coordinating user acceptance testing, tracking defects, and confirming delivered solutions meet business expectations.
  • Own and prioritize product backlogs across multiple product areas based on business value, user impact, quality considerations, and product roadmap priorities.
  • Coordinate with development, testing, support, infrastructure, and delivery teams on product releases, configuration changes, upgrades, issue resolution, and production support activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, adoption, and operational effectiveness across assigned product suites.
  • Manage third-party vendors, where applicable, to ensure assigned products continue to meet the organization’s needs by communicating priorities, monitoring service quality, and evaluating performance.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Agile or Scrum certification a plus

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience supporting software products or software development initiatives, including at least 3 years in a hands-on product management role.
  • Experience supporting CRM solutions is required, including business process workflows, configuration coordination, testing, and user adoption support.
  • Experience supporting content management systems, electronic signature and digital agreement management platforms, events applications, or similar business platforms.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks and Scrum at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders across a range of departments.
  • Candidate must be a self-starter and have excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent ability to write product documentation, e.g., user stories, training materials, and/or release notes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Salary Information

NY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000 at the time of posting.

The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.
