What to expect:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IT Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role will be critical in ensuring our organization’s technology infrastructure is equipped with the most efficient, scalable, and cost-effective systems, particularly in the areas of HR, Talent Acquisition (TA), Payroll, and IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both technology solutions and procurement processes, with the ability to research, evaluate, and implement the best technology tools for a growing organization.

How you will make an impact:

Technology Research & Evaluation

• Conduct in-depth research on current HR, TA, Payroll, and IT systems within the market.
• Assess the needs of various departments and identify opportunities to enhance existing technology solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend the best software, hardware, and IT systems that align with the organization’s objectives, growth goals, and budget.

Vendor Management & Relationship Building

• Source and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring the best possible terms, service levels, and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with vendors to manage project timelines, implementation processes, and post-purchase support.

System Selection

• Lead the selection and procurement of systems, ensuring solutions meet the organization’s HR, TA, Payroll, and IT needs.

Cost Management & Budgeting

• Develop and manage the procurement budget.
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while balancing quality, scalability, and long-term support.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to IT procurement.
• Identify and manage risks associated with new technology integrations, ensuring data security and privacy requirements are met.

What you will bring:

Required Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience (3+ Years) in IT procurement, with a focus on HR, TA, Payroll, and IT systems.
• Strong understanding of the procurement process, technology systems, and project management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with system integration and understanding of technical specifications.
• Up to 75% Travel
