We are looking for an IT Process Management - Industrial Process to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of Product & Industrial Processes, IT Services & Technologies.

You will be responsible to support Industrial Area in process optimization and in the evolution of the Production and Logistic applications, acting as a business enabler, suggesting high value solutions and encouraging change and innovation. Your main focus will be the Production Planning, Ad Personam and Bill of Material management processes.

Your main activities will be:

  • Demand Management managing relations with business partners and support them in collecting and prioritizing business needs and translating business requirements in IT requirements; guaranteeing the appropriate involvement of business process owners and key users in all on-going projects and activities.
  • Portfolio Management ensuring a consistent project portfolio definition for your area of competence taking in consideration business priority and matching with available resources and budget restrictions; managing process change requests in terms of prioritization and planning.
  • Project Management organizing and implementing projects starting from the business requirement collection up to the solution deployment in the IT perimeter. Managing interaction with business and external consultants; monitoring ongoing issues, time and costs during implementation phases.
  • Business & Process Analysis: collaborating in the high-level solution design, in order to evaluate the coherence between delivered solution and original business requirements and to perform the most appropriate trade off analysis between requirements coverage and implementation costs; ensuring the appropriate documentation of business processes and related IT solution.
  • Service Management coordinating the support to end users in daily operations for the service of responsibility in terms of:
    • Service definition
    • Transition & Service Start up
    • Service monitoring and cost control
  • Promote and Coordinate Innovation Activities: leading technology scouting and maintaining an active connection with external trends, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Performance and KPI Monitoring: updating existing performance indicators and identifying new KPIs to measure and enhance the effectiveness of digital initiatives.

About you

  • University Degree in Engineering field (Management, ICT, Automotive)
  • 5-8 years’ experience in the role within a company or a consulting environment
  • English knowledge, German will be considered a plus

Technical Skills

Essential

  • Knowledge of production planning process in automotive industry
  • Knowledge of the BOM and Product configuration concepts
  • Good working knowledge of ERP application (SAP S/4, in particular production and logistic modules)
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Knowledge of ITIL Framework & Agile methodologies

Desirable

  • Knowledge of production planning application (Cyberplan or similar)
  • Experience in S/4 implementation projects
