We are seeking an experienced professional in IT Process Consulting and Software Development to lead the design, modernization, and enhancement of our software applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the .NET ecosystem, with proven expertise in maintaining and upgrading legacy systems. This role requires leveraging modern technologies, including AI-powered tools, to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, driving technical strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure robust and innovative software delivery.

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications with C#/.NET.

  • Modernize and maintain legacy systems, ensuring stability during migration.

  • Use AI-driven tools to optimize coding, debugging, and testing.

  • Lead architecture sessions and code reviews to enforce best practices.

  • Mentor developers, fostering technical excellence and growth.

  • Troubleshoot complex defects and performance issues.

  • Contribute across the full software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Fluent English (written and spoken)

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in:

  • C# and the .NET ecosystem (Framework, Core, .NET 8)

  • Maintaining, migrating, and modernizing legacy .NET applications

  • Building web applications (Windows Forms, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Xamarin, RESTful APIs)

  • Object-oriented programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns

  • Database development (SQL Server, Oracle SQL)

  • Version control systems (Git)

  • Effective use of AI-powered coding assistants and tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)

  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Blazor)
