Established in 2010, Delasport delivers a one-stop-shop solution of Sports Betting and Online Casino from a White-Label, with a full range of management services to a Plug&Play iFrame and a complete Turnkey. We are looking for the top talents to join our team in R&D centre in Kyiv.

We are seeking an IT Process Automation Lead with strong technical expertise across Atlassian, scripting, and cross-platform integrations. This role goes far beyond traditional administration - your primary mission is to architect automation solutions, extend systems using scripts and APIs, and streamline processes across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Atlassian Platform Ownership

  • Architect, configure, and manage Jira Cloud and Confluence environments, including workflows, schemes, permissions, spaces, and governance
  • Lead user and access management while ensuring compliance, security, and consistency across teams
  • Establish and enforce Jira/Confluence best practices, driving standardization and operational excellence

Scripting & Advanced Automation

  • Develop and maintain automation using Groovy, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell to extend process functionality
  • Build advanced ScriptRunner solutions: listeners, behaviors, REST endpoints, validators, post-functions, and scheduled jobs
  • Optimize and troubleshoot automation logic to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability

Cross-Platform Integration & API Engineering

  • Build and manage automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams)
  • Design and implement integrations between Atlassian products and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware
  • Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities and deliver end-to-end solutions that increase efficiency

Collaboration, Documentation & Technical Leadership

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and architect automation or integration solutions that support business goals
  • Produce clear documentation for configurations, scripts, integrations, and standard operating procedures
  • Mentor colleagues and champion best practices in automation, scripting, and Atlassian tool usage

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian products administration
  • Strong mastery of scripting languages - Groovy, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript
  • Proven experience designing complex workflows, custom fields, permissions, automation rules, and integrations
  • Hands-on experience using Microsoft Power Platform for automation (Power Apps, Power Automate, MS Teams)
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods, and integration architectures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to architect scalable automation solutions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
