Roles &Responsibilities
TheITConfigurationAnalystwillberesponsibleforenablingtheCIOwnerstoupdateConfigurationItemsandrelatedinformation, aswellasprovidingarchitecture,process, training, andauditingservicestotheGlobal ITusercommunitytomaintheCMDB dataquality&integrity
IdentifyandhandleCIclasses, CIattributesandrelationshipswithintheCMDB and Controlthereceipt,identification,storage, andwithdrawalofallsupportedCI's
Create,update, andmaintainConfigurationItems,therelationships, andinterdependenciesincollaborationwithCIowners
Expandthefunctionality,scope, andaccuracyoftheCMDBbyanalyzingthefeedbackfromoperationsstaff andimplementingvariousqualityreports
•InChargeofprovidingsupportfortheCMDBoperationsbyhandlingtheCMDBqueueforallCIrelatedrequestsandtaskswithinSLA andwithcustomercentricapproach
•Driveauditing,validating,statusaccountingandreportingonCMDBactivities(OKR andMetricreporting)
•Crosscollaborationwithotherprocesses(Incident, Change,Problemetc.) andhelpthemwithbetterdeliveryintheareas

RequiredSkills&Experience

  • 5+yearsofCMDBoperationalexperiencein alargeenvironment
  • 2+ExperiencewithServiceNowtoolandabilitytorunreports& queries
  • UnderstandingandhandsonexperienceofServiceNowdiscoveryforservers (hardware extended),network(networkextended),printers,databaseinstancesand webapplications
  • UnderstandingofDataReconciliation& IRE
  • Experiencewith, andknowledgeof,theITILframeworkaswellas ITSM
  • KnowledgeandexperiencewithMicrosoft Officeproducts(Word, Excel)
  • Goodanalyticalandproblem-solvingskills
  • Demonstratesexcellenceincustomerservice,teaming, verbal andwrittencommunication&presentationskills
  • Abilitytoprioritizeand multitask

AcademicQualification

  • BachelordegreeinScienceorEngineeringorequivalentexperience
