Job Description

Responsibilities;

• Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT Project within the organization.
• Monitor Project Portfolio.
• Aligning IT initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
• Managing Business Analyst resources, including personnel to support project activities and ensure optimal utilization.
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analyst, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Assign task, set priorities and manage workload to meet project & enhancement deadline and objectives.
• Create Budget forecasting, monitoring IT Expenses and variance analysis.
• Ensure alignment of IT investment with business priorities and objectives.
• Understand and manage budget components in IT.
• Managing relationship with external vendors, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and ensuring the agreement.

Requirements;

• Min. Bachelors Degree from information technology or computer science major or industrial engineering.
• Min. 7 years working experience across multiple IT related-roles in insurance environment, spanning experiences from project manager, business analyst, business process and business consultant.
• Strong knowledge about insurance
• Good problem solving with proactive mindset
• Creativity and analytical thinking
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Fluent in English
