Job Description

To manage, develop, implement, and update IT strategies, plans and governance models in order to align IT systems, applications, infrastructure, and operations to business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support in managing development, implementation and updating of the IT strategy, plans, policies, procedures, guidelines to meet organizations strategic objectives, while aligning to industry best practices.
• Perform enterprise analysis exercise to identify technology strategies and solutions that may be needed to successfully execute business strategies.
• Support in managing design, development, and implementation of the enterprise architecture for all IT infrastructure, networks and applications to align with the business; focus on standardization and consolidation where possible, to drive efficiencies.
• Support in managing, developing, implementing and monitoring business continuity plans to ensure proper prevention and recovery from potential IT threats.
• Support in managing, developing, implementing and monitoring IT change management plans and activities in line with environmental and business changes.
• Monitor compliance with IT policies and controls
• Analyzing and select IT vendors & solutions
• Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Assist in preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve desired efficiency and performance excellence.

Qualifications:

• Five plus years of related experience in Telecom Service Provider industry
• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
