We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and detail-oriented IT Personnel to manage and support all information technology systems within our hospitality facility in Lajah. The successful candidate will be responsible for IT system support, network administration, CCTV management, and overall IT infrastructure maintenance to ensure smooth, secure, and uninterrupted daily operations.
Candidates with basic graphics design skills will have an added advantage.
Provide end-to-end technical support for hardware, software, and operating systems.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, POS systems, and related IT equipment.
Troubleshoot and promptly resolve system, network, and application issues.
Ensure maximum system uptime and minimal operational downtime across all departments.
Manage and maintain the facilitys Wi-Fi and large-scale network infrastructure.
Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and security protocols.
Configure and maintain routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
Ensure stable and secure internet connectivity for both staff and guests.
Install, monitor, and maintain CCTV and surveillance systems.
Ensure all cameras, recording devices, and monitoring systems function optimally.
Conduct routine inspections and resolve faults on security and surveillance systems.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, data backups, and security protocols.
Maintain accurate IT documentation, logs, and system records.
Support system updates, software patches, and infrastructure upgrades.
Provide basic graphics design support for internal use, including flyers, menus, signage, and social media visuals.
Support digital branding and promotional initiatives as required.
B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in IT support and system administration.
Strong knowledge of network management, Wi-Fi systems, and large network environments.
Proven experience in managing CCTV and surveillance systems.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Graphics design proficiency (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Canva, or similar) is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to resume immediately.
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
Competitive monthly salary (₦200,000 – ₦250,000).
