We are looking for a structured and proactive Order Processing Engineer who enjoys coordinating, organizing, and taking ownership. If you like working with multiple teams, keeping processes under control, and ensuring everything runs smoothly, this role is for you.
The Order Processing Engineer is responsible for managing the end-to-end order lifecycle from approved quotation to registration and delivery. You ensure that orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and tracked continuously while coordinating closely with suppliers, finance, warehouse, and customers
Responsibilities
• Process and validate orders to ensure accuracy (products, pricing, documentation)
• Place and coordinates orders at local and international suppliers
• Request, coordinate and follow up on supplier payments and confirmations
• Monitor and track orders from purchase to final delivery
• Maintain clear communication with suppliers, customers, and internal teams on order status
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse, and engineers
• Warehouse and inventory management, including monitoring stock availability, coordinate item picking/shipping and flag shortages or delays. Furthermore, help maintain a lean, structured and organized warehouse.
• Ensure accurate administration and documentation of all orders
