💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an IT OPS for an international project.

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

Integrating the production and infrastructure requirements in the scoping and in the product backlog.
Ensuring the upskilling of the Product/Project team on application production best practices.
Ensuring the provision of Production and infrastructure resources by facilitating the deployment of solutions.
Liaising with Production Support Applications to implement monitoring and facilitate service supervision.
Contributing to maintaining the services in operational condition.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of Production (Automation, performance improvement, etc.)

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant roles.
Strong knowledge and expertise in IT Infrastructure.
Proficiency in steering and managing production operations.
Familiarity with IT risk management and cyber security principles.
Proven coordination and motivation skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
Capability to delegate tasks appropriately and manage responsibilities across teams.
Possesses systematic, critical, and logical thinking to address complex problems.
Excellent summarization skills, ensuring clear and concise communication.
Fluency in English and French.
Highly committed, with a demanding yet pedagogical approach to team development and success.
