WorkNomads is on the hunt for a IT Operations Support Specialist (L1) to join our team, working on-site from the WorkNomads base in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Your mission at WorkNomads:•Access requests: group membership, standard access, Genesys access routing, basic permissions
•License operations: purchase, renewals, assignment tracking (MS365 and apps)
•Lifecycle execution: onboarding/offboarding coordination, standard checklists, reminders
•Hardware operations: prepare/install/ship/replace, asset updates
•Vendor follow-ups on request (chasing, coordination, updates)
•Ticket lifecycle control: correct categorization, prioritization, documentation, closure governance

We want to hear from you if you have:•2+ years in structured IT support environment
•Strong communication, calm under pressure, process discipline
•Comfortable with ticketing workflows and standard operating procedures
•“Gets things closed” mindset•A passion about continuous learning & collaboration in a global setting• A team player mentality and believe no one should be left behind regardless of background
