Job Description

HRSPL is looking for IT Operations & Support Officer for one of its leading client.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support for Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, printers and PCs.
• Troubleshoot basic network and Internet connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory and routine inspection records.
• Handle IT incidents and service requests.
• Prepare and maintain IT SOPs, FAQs and documentation.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for maintenance and repairs.
• Support IT infrastructure, system implementation and data center projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 2–5 years of practical IT support experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, PC hardware and basic networking.
• Familiar with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN and basic troubleshooting tools.
• Good English communication skills.Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
