What you'll be doing:

• Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues;
• 
  Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and user accounts;
• 
  Support Microsoft environments, business applications, and IT infrastructure;
• 
  Troubleshoot incidents and ensure timely resolution of technical problems;
• 
  Assist with onboarding, system access management, and documentation;
• 
  Collaborate with international IT teams on improvement initiatives and projects.

You'll be a great match if you have: 

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field;
• 
  Experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, or System Administration roles;
• 
  Knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking, and Active Directory;
• 
  Strong troubleshooting and communication skills;
• Experience with Azure, virtualization, or ERP systems;
  
• 
  Knowledge of cybersecurity and backup solutions;
• 
  Good English level.
