Role Purpose
We are looking for an IT Operations Senior Specialist, who will actively contribute to
digitalization, automation, and data driven solutions at site level.
The role complements existing run and support capabilities by contributing to
approved build and digitalization initiatives, supporting IT transformation projects, and
delivering practical automation and digital solutions aligned with global standards and
governance.
Key Responsibilities
Project, Build & Digitalization
· Contribute to automation and digitalization initiatives within approved projects,
supporting IT Operations and business processes.
· Work with Digital Champions and Global teams to align, reuse, and roll out
standardized digital solutions.
· Act as a local IT build resource in digitalization projects managed through the
formal demand and PPM process. (e.g. automation of repetitive IT tasks, data
collection, monitoring, reporting)
· Translate operational or business requirements into technical solutions (scripts,
integrations, dashboards, tools).
Infrastructure & Operations
· Support endpoint, server, and basic network components.
· Participate in lifecycle management, patching, and configuration activities
related to supported platforms.
· Ensure solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned with IT standards.
Daily Support & User Experience
· Support production and oAce environments with moderate-to-complex
technical incidents.
· Improve user experience by reducing manual eAort through automation.
Security & Compliance
· Ensure all developed solutions comply with security, data privacy, SOX, IATF,
TISAX, and internal IT policies.
· Apply secure coding and configuration practices.
· Support audit evidence preparation related to systems and automations
owned.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills (Core – must have)
· Experience with automation and scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Ignition,
Bash or similar).
· Hands‑on experience in IT Operations, with good understanding of endpoints
and user environments
· Working knowledge of IT service processes (incident, change, problem
management)
· Ability to translate operational needs into practical technical solutions and work
within structured project governance
· Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
· Experience required between 5 to 8 years
Technical Skills (Working Knowledge / Exposure)
· Exposure to low‑code or automation platforms (e.g. Power Automate, Power
Apps, RPA)
· Exposure to AI‑enabled tools or analytics (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, AI‑assisted
automation, predictive monitoring, basic machine‑learning concepts) is an
advantage.
· Basic experience with data handling and analytics (logs, CSV/SQL sources,
APIs, reporting or dashboards)
· Basic to solid exposure to server environments (Windows/Linux, virtualization
concepts)
Required
· Exposure to manufacturing or industrial IT environments (IT/OT interface
awareness)
· Familiarity with industrial or visualization platforms (e.g. Ignition)
· Experience contributing to regional or global IT projects.
· Experience building monitoring, reporting, or operational dashboards.
