Key Responsibilities:
Develop corporate strategies in the operations area in coordination with the board of directors and management.
Manage resources and budget for the operations department to achieve maximum productivity.
Supervise the operations area, ensuring proper functioning of personnel and materials.
Lead the production department, maintaining quality, service, and efficiency.
Provide leadership to the team, contributing to a favorable work environment, teamwork, and motivation.
Participate in the recruitment, selection, induction, and training process for the team.
Offer excellent service to all levels of the company.
Manage and coordinate training to enhance the technical skills of the team.
Ensure optimal use of resources in operations.
Reduce costs and improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Manage conflicts and ensure operational stability.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or MBA.
Languages: Advanced English (fluent).
Experience: Over 5 years in operational management roles.
Experience as a leader or project manager related to information technology.
