• Manage and support cloud and security environments (Azure & Microsoft stack)
• Deliver day-to-day IT managed services and system administration
• Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and ensure service availability
• Provide preventive maintenance and continuous improvements
• Support clients with security, systems, and network guidance
• Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain clear documentation and communication with stakeholders

What You Bring

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 1–2 years of IT or cloud-related experience
• Knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
