Recruitment process:
On-board / Off-board employees
- Provide needed accesses / licenses / seats
- Revoke access
- Provide any help during on-boarding ( how-to VPN, SmartAdmin etc )
Manage 3rd party tools
- Google Workspaces / Jira / Confluence / Dashlane / Microsoft
- Responsible for Active Directory configuration & management
- Setting up email redirects
- Provide access to shared inboxes or left employees
- Forgot my Microsoft / Dashlane password and/or changed my phone request
- Help in configuring Confluence / Jira
- VPN-related issues
- Buy software ( example: license for Charles )
- Contract renewals & negotiations
Hardware management
- Issues with laptop(s)
- Issues with phones & sim cards
- Inventory management
- (new project) Set-up special edge case testing Wi-Fi(s)
(possible/new project) Security improvements initiatives
- Introduction of FIDO keys
- Introduction of MDMs
- Phishing campaigns for training purposes
- Other security-related trainings ( if competence allows )
- Review tools & 3rd party services configuration for security
- If 2FA is configured
- If integration with Active Directory is made
- If any other ( IP restriction ) configurations is applicable
- If audit logs ( whenever possible / makes sense ) are enabled
