As an experienced IT Operations Engineer, you will play a central role in helping us manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security across systems, networks, and cloud platforms.
Join our IT team that designs, builds and operates the systems that support Aller Media’s different business units across the Nordics.
Your responsibilities will range from L2/L3 support and designing and operating the network, servers, storage and virtualization platforms that drive our business:
Monitor and maintain servers, networks, storage, and virtualization platforms
Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis
Install and configure hardware, software, and cloud resources
Develop automation scripts and optimize operations
Collaborate across IT and other departments
Be part of on-call team to handle incidents outside working hours.
Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience from similar roles
Deep Windows knowledge (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP etc.)
General network understanding (routing/switching, VLAN, Wifi etc.)
Solid virtualization and platform experience (GCP, Azure and Hyper-V)
Strong scripting skills (PowerShell and/or Python)
You are fluent in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian) and professional English
Finally, we appreciate your problem-solving mindset, your proactive approach to learning, and your ability to work independently.

Your office location is either Copenhagen or Stockholm – please indicate your preference. Both offices are centrally located, modern, and offer a comfortable working environment.
