The IT Operations Analyst reports to the IT
Operations Manager. Assist the local plant and other sites within the company
in setting up, modifying, and maintaining endpoint devices through technical
support. Including but not limited to support for all PCs, Macs, mobile phones,
and various printers. Keep track of IT support request queue and aim to have a
first-call resolution. Lead, assist, or be a member of IT projects as assigned,
which could include Active Directory, ERP, and local plant projects.

Manage IT Support for the local
plant and offer remote support for other sites
·
Maintenance and installation of
PC/MAC desktops and laptops, plus printer support
·
Maintenance and installation of
approved desktop/laptop software and other peripherals
·
Collaborates with global
leaders and teams to follow corporate standards across all levels of plant
infrastructure
·
Ensure implementation of global
practices and standards
·
Perform on-site installation of
equipment based on requests. Provide on-site as well as phone support based on
business requests
·
Work within Active Directory
modifying and creating user accounts
·
Troubleshoots IT hardware,
software, and basic network issues at various sites
·
Configure and deploy IT
hardware equipment such as printers, PCs, phones, and scan guns
·
Communicates to plant
management vendor onsite visits, service outages, and planned hardware/software
deployments
·
Attends scheduled staff
meetings with Support and IT teams
·
Follow and maintain hardware
and software standards
·
Utilize monitoring systems for
potential or realized outages. Resolving or reporting as necessary
·
Ability to be on call in a
rotation to resolve off-hour support situations requiring immediate attention
·
Adhere to ticket monitoring
system and strive for a first call resolution
·
Experience in managing Windows
computers, including software installation and resolution of issues
·
Self-motivated and capable of
working with minimal supervision/direction
·
Experience
configuring/troubleshooting issues and deploying IT hardware such as printers,
PCs, and scan guns
·
Experience working
independently as well as in a team setting
·
Basic understanding of networks
and administration with knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS
·
Strong analytical skills
·
Effective communication and
collaboration skills
