Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for supporting and maintain local MES services: data accuracy, integrity and availability.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

  • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly KPI reports, including downtime analysis, traceability queries, and operational reporting to support manufacturing performance.
  • Lead the analysis, configuration, and support of MES new launches, projects, and system improvements, coordinating activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize MES incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting activities, ensuring timely resolution and support for manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor and maintain MES applications, databases, and servers, including performance indicators, application logs, and system debugging to ensure reliability and availability.
  • Ensure compliance with AS4 and AS244 standards within MES systems and provide technical support to division teams while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

If you have/are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of PL/SQL fundamentals (mandatory) and relational database concepts, with Oracle Administration experience considered a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting traceability systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in traceability applications, database management, and data manipulation using DML commands.
  • Solid understanding of local network architecture, with basic hardware troubleshooting and technical support skills.
