We are looking for an IT Operations Advanced Specialist who will apply automation, data, and AI to improve IT operations and directly support production efficiency, stability, and digitalization initiatives.
This role goes beyond standard IT support—you will reduce operational effort through automation and scripting, enable data-driven decisions, introduce AI (Copilot) into daily operations, and act as a local technical resource to turn digital ideas into working solutions.

You will act as a local development and automation resource, translating digital ideas into applications, scripts, dashboards, and technical solutions. You will work with production and engineering teams to define feasibility and deliver MVP solutions aligned with IT standards.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Python
Build workflows and integrate systems via APIs
Work with SQL databases and create dashboards (Power BI)
Use AI tools (Copilot) for incident analysis and documentation
Develop solutions using Visual Studio / VS Code
Optimize operations by converting recurring issues into automation
Support plant digitalization initiatives and projects
If you have/are:
Python knowledge (mandatory)
PowerShell skills (mandatory)
SQL and database knowledge
Experience with Power BI or data tools
Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot)
Experience with Visual Studio / VS Code
